Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face problems.

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Can I return after receiving the order?

Yes, you can return the received item for a 100% refund within 3 days of receiving the order provided we receive the item in same condition as we sent it. If we find any damage or see sign of damage, you will bear the cost of loss.

In order to return the item

You need to contact us within 48 hrs. and inform us about the return and reason you are returning it for.
Ship the item to be returned within 72 hrs of receiving it.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of return item.
It may take 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned item.
